Please note as your order will be shipped by courier, delivery to a PO Box is not possible.
Returns and Exchanges
For incorrect sizing or change of mind, AGSM @ UNSW Business School is pleased to offer exchange or refund (less original shipping cost) provided goods are returned within thirty days of date of purchase in original, saleable condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Prior to returning goods, please contact brand@agsm.edu.au with details of your order, indicating the items to be returned/exchanged. We will provide you with return details. Return shipping to our warehouse is at the buyer’s expense.
For exchange purposes, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and these will be charged at the same rate as the original purchase.
