Terms and Conditions

SELLER means Desktop Promotional Products and BUYER means the Buyer whose order for the purchase of the goods is accepted by Seller.

 ACCEPTANCE OF BUYER’S ORDER: These Terms and Conditions shall apply to every sales contract and sale of goods between Seller and Buyer; any terms and conditions of Buyer’s order deviating from or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions are expressly rejected by Seller.This rejection also extends to any statement by Buyer that Buyer’s Terms and Conditions shall prevail and to any stipulation by Buyer as to the manner of declaring such rejection.

CONFIRMATION ORDERS: Confirmation orders must be marked as such by Buyer, if not Seller will consider Buyer’s order as original.

 PRICING: Prices subject to change without notice. Validity of quoted prices subject to confirmation at time of order.

CANCELLATION/ALTERATION:No order may be cancelled or altered except with written approval from the Seller, and will incur charges for costs accumulated up to the time of approval of cancellation or alteration.

RETURNS:

 I.   Due to change of mind
If you change your mind, you may return for refund (less original shipping fee)or exchange of goods within 30 days of the purchase date.  Goods must be returned in original condition with all product labelling attached.
Goods must be returned (at the purchaser non-refundable expense) to our warehouse.  Prior to returning, please email brand@agsm.edu.au with details of your order, indicating items to be returned/exchanged and you will receive confirmation and postage details.

For exchange purposes, the purchaser is responsible for return postage costs and these will be charged at the same rate as the original purchase.

 II.    Due to faulty goods
Except for the guarantees outlined in the ACL, we make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the goods sold on this website, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Without limiting any remedies you may have under the ACL, you agree that our maximum liability arising from any good sold on the UNSW Business School Website is the price of the goods ordered.  You acknowledge that goods displayed on the UNSW Business School Website are for illustrations purposes only and the actual good may have some variations in colour, shape or size.

 

NOT FOR RESALE

  I.     You agree that the purchase of any goods through this website is for your own personal use and not intended for resale or any other commercial purpose, unless we have agreed in writing for that use.  If you have an enquiry about purchasing items for a commercial purpose or resale, you should contact brand@agsm.edu.au 

 II. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy,sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of this website.

DELIVERY:
Seller may deliver the goods by instalments or partial shipments and Buyer will accept each delivery. Requirements of the Buyer shall not be a condition of the essence of the contract. Seller shall be under no direct or consequential loss or damage to Buyer arising from delay or postponement in delivery. Delivery subject to availability of product/materials at time of order. Seller reserves the right to refuse supply at any time without reason being given. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer at the point of delivery or on advice from Seller that the goods are ready for delivery. Property in the goods, however, does not pass to the Buyer until payment in full has been received and cheques cleared. Seller reserves the right to recover any goods upon which Buyer has defaulted in payment.

PAYMENT:

Payment is accepted via PayPal only.  By proceeding to payment and logging into a PayPal account, the user asserts that they are the rightful owner of this account and have permission to make payment with the associated payment methods.  No payment information is accessed or viewed by this website, and your transaction is further governed by PayPal Inc. terms and conditions.

CLERICAL ERRORS: Clerical errors in computations, typing or otherwise of catalogue, quotation, acceptance, offer, invoice, delivery docket, credit note or specification of Seller shall be subject to correction.

MODIFICATIONS:All modifications to these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and if otherwise shall not be binding upon Seller.

I/We consent to your management contacting our accountant and trade references to obtain additional information as and if required, in relation to the establishment of a trading account with Desktop Promotional Products. I/We agree with the terms and conditions above.
